Foundervine started in 2018 as a small group of founders that shared a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. This community has become an important place for founders to connect, learn, grow, and collaborate with each other.
As such, we wanted to introduce you to members of our team so you can get to know who we are, what we do, and how we can help you on your journey.
My name is Amina Essaid, and I am the Head of People & HR at Foundervine.
I was really motivated to join Foundervine because I strongly resonate with its mission and vision. The opportunity to contribute to a community that supports and empowers entrepreneurs from unrepresented groups aligns perfectly with my passion for fostering inclusion and helping individuals achieve their business goals.
When I’m not working with Foundervine, you can find me at the gym, cooking some delicious Moroccan food or embracing my side gig: globe-trotting with a smile.
Currently, I don’t have any side hustles, as my primary focus is on my role at Foundervine: I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. I’m always open to connecting with fellow members, sharing experiences, and learning from one another to drive collective success.
Over the next five years, I aim to continue contributing to Foundervine’s growth and impact. Additionally, I have personal aspirations to become a certified Coach, which I believe will complement my role within Foundervine and contribute to my professional development.
