Foundervine started in 2018 as a small group of founders that shared a passion for entrepreneurship and technology. This community has become an important place for founders to connect, learn, grow, and collaborate with each other.
As such, we wanted to introduce you to members of our team so you can get to know who we are, what we do, and how we can help you on your journey.
So what’s your name and what’s your role at Foundervine?
Hey! 🙋🏽♀️ My name is Meena Sadasivan and I am a Programme Manager. My role involves supporting the set-up and delivery of our various programs.
What caused you to join?
What made me join Foundervine was the mission and purpose of the organisation. I am super keen to be able to support underrepresented communities to grow and prosper and I feel Foundervine does exactly that! I love the focus on continuously empowering founders as well as creating a community for additional support.
When you are not with Foundervine, what do you do?
When I am not with Foundervine, I love to go out, do fun activities, and chill with my friends — if it looks like a good time, I will probably be down 😎 I love going to gigs and all things live music too! I also love to cook and try new recipes but my efforts have been minimal lately so that’s a work in progress…
Any side hustles? What are the key things you want the Foundervine community to know about you?
I enjoy learning and working with my friends in the music space! I am an artist manager for an emerging RnB/Soul + Jazz influenced artist, Chandni (deffo check her out), it’s been a unique journey exploring artist management but really enjoying it. Always looking to connect if you are in this space!
What’s your plan for the next 5 years?
In the future, I want to be able to grow my skills in programme management as well as learn how to be a great leader. I definitely want to further explore social entrepreneurship and make my mark that works to elevate minority communities, perhaps in creative spaces like music but open to all kinds of opportunities if it means I can make a positive impact.
