10 February 2025, WeWork London
20 PayPal employees will dedicate 40 hours to one-on-one mentoring, with each mentor committing two hours to support entrepreneurs in areas like digital marketing, scaling operations, and financial management. Mentors will receive briefing packs with mentee profiles and key questions to ensure tailored, actionable advice.

Founder Growth Circles

March - June 2025, Hybrid
A cohort of 10 selected founders will engage in one-on-one coaching with PayPal mentors over three months, setting specific goals and working collaboratively to achieve them. Progress will be tracked, with additional resources provided to address challenges.
